High Country Health Care, PC (HCHC) is a multi-site, multi-specialty, physician-owned medical group located in Summit County in Colorado's ski country. Formed in March of 1996 as the result of the formal merger of five small practices, the group includes eight family practitioners, three Ob/Gyns, a primary care physician assistant, and a certified nurse midwife.

Our office locations include primary care in Breckenridge, Silverthorne, Frisco, pediatrics in Frisco, and obstetrics and gynecology in Frisco.
